This is incredible! It's by far, the best Toothiana cosplay I've seen yet! I actually like how you did the shirt and the neck, with just a few feathers, because it gives you the sense of the character, without overpowering the outfit as a whole. The head piece is amazing, I don't know how you managed to put it together so perfectly :D But really, this is awesome!

The head part is pretty impressive but I feel like from the neck down it is lacking...although the picture doesn't show it all
I really like the feathers on the head though, i might try it sometime!
